Power Pack for QuickBooks - FAQ's
Will I have to setup item's & customers prices manually?
No, with Auto-Detection On, when you create invoices or sales orders, it will detect any change of price and will automatically add this price to the customer's price lists.
Will I use two programs for my accounting?
No, Power Pack will not replace QuickBooks, & you won't need any synchronization either, you will start by creating any transactions like an invoice in Power Pack & when you click save, it opens automatically up in QuickBooks were you will finish your transaction, & benefit from the power of QuickBooks.
Will Power Pack make any changes to my QuickBooks?
No, Power Pack will not make any changes to QuickBooks.
Will I still be abele to create invoices or other transactions from within QuickBooks?
Yes
Will Power pack insert prices for transactions made before I used Power Pack?
Yes, Power Pack has an import option that allows you to import customer prices from previous transactions, by last price charged, minimum or maximum.
What is the different between QuickBooks Price Levels & your program?
First of all, in QB there are only 100 price levels, and unlike QuickBooks Power Pack will remember the prices charged for your customers automatically, with "price levels" you have to set up each level or item & matching customers and prices individually.
Is your program approved by QuickBooks?
A good number of our customers are recommended by QuickBooks advisors.
Can Power Pack support multiple users?
Yes, Power Pack supports multiple users, and when you buy Power Pack, 4 licenses are included, so when one user changes a price for a customer it will be changed for all users.
